Coffey Automotive

When I went to drop off my truck for brake issues, they immediately diagnosed the problem, called me with their recommendation and fixed. Fair pricing. I will definitely use them in the future.

Coffey automotive is a phenomenal auto shop. They took the extra time to fully diagnose an AC issue with our van and only charged us what they could determine. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a good deal on mechanics who go the extra mile. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. 5 star rating at a minimum!

I can't say enough great things about Coffey Automotive! From the moment I brought my 2021 Mini Cooper S in, everyone was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me. They provided an estimate upfront, but when I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my final bill was $1,000 less than the original estimate. It's rare to find a shop that looks for ways to save their customers money instead of adding to the bill. They had the parts ordered and my car repaired in just three days, which was much faster than I expected. Talk about getting things done expeditiously!!! What truly impressed me was their kindness and attention to detail. One of the mechanics repaired and refinished the curb damage on both of my rims at no charge. You can barely tell they were ever damaged. That was completely unexpected and showed how much pride they take in their work. Throughout the entire process, I was treated with honesty, respect, and compassion during a very stressful time. It's not often you find an auto repair shop that combines excellent workmanship with outstanding customer service, but Coffey Automotive did exactly that. They have earned my trust, and I won'

We took our car in on a Friday morning for work and expected a few days but it was finished by end of day. The technician took the time to explain the issue in plain language before laying out a plan and pricing to the penny. We appreciate the honesty, transparency, fast work, and fair price after other chains took advantage of us and gave us outrageous pricing before we decided to take the time and shop around for a local establishment.

Dropped my vehicle off here for a thermostat code showing when check engine light was on. Just had thermostat replaced 2.5 years ago at dealership. Coffee told me I needed another new thermostat and mine is stuck open. I had no issues with heat, or over heating. Also told me I had an oil and coolant leak. I’ve neger been told about an oil leak ever. My oil pressure is never low, etc. then up-charged over 90% on parts. How do I know that? Well my vehicle was still stalling when starting, and 2 days after I leave this shop my sound on the radio doesn’t work, my heated seat on drivers side doesn’t work, etc. it’s possible they nocked something lose doing my repairs. Great. But I had both batteries replaced. And while getting this done, I find out where they get parts from….So I check part prices and yes…90% + markup on parts. Even the guys replacing the batteries, looked at my receipt from coffee and were SHOCKED at what I had to pay. If you look back on bad reviews for coffee many of them mention heavy markup on parts, and coffee never addresses that in the snarky replies he leaves. Out of all the bad reviews on here I’ve not seen coffee take accountability for ANYTHING. Anyway, I pa
